This includes use of our website at https://crepal.ai/ (the “Website”) and the CrePal.ai mobile application (the “App”) available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Privacy Policy also tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Website or the App, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or social network through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service.

Permissions and Device Features in the App

Depending on the functionality You choose to use within the App, We may request access to certain features or data on Your Device, such as:

  • Camera and Photos: To allow for video creation or image analysis.
  • Push Notifications: To notify You about updates, features, or Service-related messages.
  • Microphone: If voice or audio input is part of the Service’s functionality.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in Your Device's settings. However, please note that disabling certain permissions may limit or block the functionality of certain Service features in the App.

Face Data, Photos, and iOS Biometric Usage

On iOS, our app does not collect or process any facial recognition data or biometric identifiers for AI or analytics purposes.

If you choose to log in with "Sign in with Apple", the system may use Face ID or other biometric authentication methods to verify your identity. However, this authentication is entirely handled by Apple, and CrePal AI does not access or store any biometric data.

When using features like the camera or photo upload, the images may include human faces. These images are used solely for the video generations of our AI video effects, such as stylizations or transformations.

Uploaded images are temporarily stored on our servers for processing and are automatically deleted shortly after the video is generated. In some cases, the images may be shared with trusted third-party rendering providers who are contractually bound not to retain or misuse any data.

By using the camera or upload feature, you consent to this limited and temporary use of your image strictly for creative purposes.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service on both the Website and the App.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
  • To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events that we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about, unless You have opted not to receive such information.
  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
  • For other purposes: We may use Your information for data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, as well as evaluating and improving our Service, products, services, marketing, and your overall experience.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
